Nope, Not Today

Went to the pool. Looked at the water. Didn't even look appealing, that's so rare for me. I almost always always always love to swim. Got out, went to the hot tub, then the steam room, then the shower.

I guess there IS such a thing as too much swimming. Who knew???

It is amazing sometimes when the "want to" just leaves town. Thanks for sharing that. I hit those flat spots myself sometimes.

Gonna give that recipe in the next post to my wife - she loves to cook and is always collecting great recipes...looks sounds wonderful !
