Whenever I get down or feeling sorry for myself, I find that the best remedy is to seek out something or someone inspiring to remind me that, as Richard Bach says "Argue for your limitations, and sure enough they're yours". Here is this week's remedy. Contracting polio at a young age, Dergin Tokmak learned to walk on his hands, and after seeing a movie about breakdancing, became a dancer. He integrates his crutches and incredibly strong upper body into his amazing dance moves. This is well worth a watch, and reminds me that whatever is getting me down in the present moment is simply something I have not yet set my mind to overcome.

just when you think you have an excuse for whatever...
I try to remember that whenever I "don't feel like it" now and then. My MIL has MS and has been confined to a wheelchair since 1992--she never had the option of not feeling like it so...
thanks for the reminder!
I am your a typical college student/work-a-holic, some days I just want to lay in bed and feel sorry for myself that the world isn't going my way no matter how hard I work. Thanks for the reminder to keep my chin up. :D Much love.
