That is just crazy. Unless you are doing all that in an hour and thirty minutes - I may be able to handle that.

Nope, our coach is trying to prepare us for the annual New Year's Day torture, er, workout. Which this year will be 109 50's on the :45. Hence the 1:30 pace for the 100's...
